Minn-St Paul Base’s Charter

Charter: The word entered the English language from the Old French charte (ultimately from the Latin word for “paper”), but the concept is universal and transcends language. It has come to be synonymous with the document that lays out the granting of rights or privileges.

 

The USSVI Creed

To perpetuate the memory of our shipmates who gave their lives in the pursuit of duties while serving their country. That their dedication, deeds and supreme sacrifice be a constant source of motivation toward greater accomplishments. Pledge loyalty and patriotism to the United States of America and its Constitution.

This website is owned and operated by the “Minneapolis/St.Paul USSVI Base”, a non-profit Veterans organization.  Our goal is to establish community and camaraderie among the many former US Navy officers and crewmen who have been designated “Qualified in Submarines”.
